LTEMP Peer Review

New methodologies developed for the LTEMP EIS and the results produced using those methodologies were subject to peer review as specified in the Information Quality Plan developed for the LTEMP EIS. For aquatic ecology, hydropower, retail rates, vegetation, and wholesale rates, the methodologies and results are presented in the EIS, and these sections of the EIS were subjected to peer review. Response to peer review comments on these sections are provided below. In addition, the NPS undertook a total value study for the Colorado River downstream of Glen Canyon Dam and prepared a separate report describing the methodology used and results obtained. Responses to comments on this report are presented below. Results from this study were incorporated in the LTEMP EIS.
